Information for TAP Eligible Students

  • The Harvard HR TAP form for Harvard Courses is available on the Tuition Portal through our current vendor Sentinel Group. This form requires manager/supervisor approval if the courses taken are required for job-related graduate-credit courses.
  • For HGSE students using TAP the credit limit is 10 credits per term. For the purposes of TAP billing and credit limits only there are 3 terms. May-August is considered summer term, September- December is fall term, and January- April is spring term. Summer and Fall term are billed during the same billing cycle in July. The Spring term bill is posted in January.
  • Students should wait to submit payment until their term bill has been adjusted with the TAP benefit.
  • If a course needs to be dropped, after you have completed the Harvard HR TAP form please email tuition@sentinelgroup.com and let them know you are no longer taking the course.
  • If you have questions about taxes, coverage options or other benefit related questions please contact benefits@harvard.edu for assistance.
